Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping
At this time we are only shipping to the fifty states in the U.S using United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service.  Call or email if expedited delivery is desired and I will obtain applicable rates.  Shipping cost is determined at the time of order from UPS' software based on a combination of factors: destination, weight, and dimensional packaging.  Lead time to ship is 2-3 business days for standard lengths, 3-5 days for custom orders at which time you will receive a shipping notification.  Transit time will be provided by UPS.

 

Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an unopened item, please contact ben@misterhose.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Warranty

The Mister Hose Garden Hose warranty consists of (1- a limited lifetime warranty on the polymer hose, and (2- a 3 year warranty on the fittings.  "Limited lifetime" means that the hose is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifespan of the hose itself.  However, this warranty is "limited" because it only covers issues that arise under normal use and specifically excludes damages caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.   Examples: damages caused by improper installation, neglect or poor maintenance, accidental damage, using abrasive cleaners, fluids other than water, modifications, etc.
